Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent data for the purpose of spam detection.

An anonymized string generated from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once a comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media files

If you are a registered user and uploading photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location. Visitors can get this information by downloading an image from the site.
