Program of a winter tour to the Carpathians

1 DAY

19:30 Gathering of the group (Zhytomyrska metro station) and departure from Kyiv on a tour to the Carpathians. Tourists are met by a group escort who indicates seats on the bus. You can find out organizational information from the information letter, which will be sent a few days before departure.
19:45 departure from Kyiv.

2 DAY

Early arrival in Pylypets, settlement.
Free time 1.5-2 hours, breakfast.

Excursion “Borzhava calls”:

We will visit the magical, especially in winter, Shipit waterfall, climb the chairlift to the impressive, popular among skiers, the Carpathian mountain Gemba, or as it is also called Gimba. We will also see the unique “Tea House on Gymba”, where we will taste tea. We will also take part in the tasting of 7 liqueurs and snacks to accompany them.

Optional excursion “Lake Synevyr and bears” (300 UAH/person):

We will see the largest and most beautiful lake of the Ukrainian Carpathians – Synevyr; we will visit the rehabilitation center for brown bears. It is here that bears manage to forget about bad, cruel treatment by humans and gradually adapt to a new life for themselves. We will also be waiting for the unique eco-park “Valley of Wolves”, which is home to lions, tigers, wolves, camels, donkeys, bison, suri alpacas, spotted deer – the diversity of fauna is amazing! In Kolochava, we will visit the “Stare Selo” museum and go to the “U Wolfa” inn, where we will take part in Hutsul entertainment. At the end of the excursion day – a tasting of mineral water in Soym.

Return to Pylypets. Dinner.

Polonyna Borzhava is a heavenly place that should be seen with your own eyes. Polonyna Borzhava is vast sunny expanses that provide magical reliefs and fabulous landscapes. Polonyna has an unusual landscape – many peaks with different vegetation and steep slopes compete with each other for supremacy in the mountain composition. It is impossible not to notice the top of Gemba, the famous Plai and Velikiy Verkh, on which a trigonometric geodetic center with a coordinate system is installed.

Lake Synevyr, Transcarpathia

Lake Synevyr (another name is Morske Oko) is the largest and most beautiful lake of the Ukrainian Carpathians, which is spread between the mountains, among the spruce forest at an altitude of 989 meters above sea level. It is located in the Mizhhirsky district of the Transcarpathian region, in the mountain massif of the Inner Gorgans. Synevyr Lake is considered the pearl of the Carpathians and is the most interesting object of the Synevyr National Park. Its water surface has an area of 4-5 hectares, the average depth ranges from 8 to 10 meters, and the maximum reaches 24 meters.

Shipit waterfall is located in a fabulously beautiful place. It is surrounded by a fragrant coniferous forest, silence and coolness. While walking in this beautiful place, you will hear the magical singing of birds, immerse yourself in the harmonious atmosphere of the forest kingdom and suddenly hear the growing hum. This is the noise of Shipit waterfall. Its water jets burst from a 14-meter height, forming several magnificent cascades and dispersing the spray with a cloud of transparent drops. The views of tourists are truly fascinated by this unusual natural wonder.

Water park “Karpatia”

One of the largest entertainment complexes in Ukraine, combining modern attractions and a fairy-tale atmosphere. Locations in the water park allow you to find entertainment for every taste and age category: 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) with thermal water, 2 indoor mineral jacuzzis with bischophyte and magnesium, with bischophyte and iodobrom, Turkish hammam, Japanese infrared and Finnish saunas .
