1 day – 29.12.2024

› 18-30 – 19-00 group meeting: “Zhytomyrska” metro station (near the “Infiniti” car showroom).

Boarding the bus is handled by the group leader. All places are allocated in advance, according to the date of payment of the tour. It is enough for you to tell the manager your full name. You can find out organizational information from the information letter, which will be sent a few days before departure. The information sheet will include the phone number of the escort, the make, color, and number of the bus.

› 19:00 – New Years tour to the Carpathians from Kyiv

› 21:00 – stopping and boarding of passengers in the city of Zhytomyr, the central bus station.

2 day – 30.12.2024 › 07:00 – 08:00 – Early arrival in Yasinya, Carpathians. Tourists are met by the owners of hotels (mansions) and are accommodated.

Yablunytsky Pass

Yablunytsky Pass (Yablunetskyi, Tatarskyi) – gateway to Transcarpathia, height – 931 m above sea level. This is the border between the Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, between Prykarpattia and Transcarpathia. A wonderful place for tourism, recreation and contemplation of unique Carpathian beauties. From here, breathtaking panoramas of mountain valleys, drowning in green in spring and summer, covered with gilding in autumn and hiding under snow-white blankets in winter, can be seen, and you can also see the peaks of the mountains that stretch beyond the clouds. BUKOVEL

– the largest ski resort of Ukraine. In winter, we offer you to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, sledding and skating. The resort is attractive to both professionals and beginners, the ski tracks will satisfy the most demanding pro-extremists, and the developed infrastructure of the resort will offer a lot of entertainment and pleasure for amateurs. But it should be noted that the cost of such a vacation is above average.

 

Inverted House

Near the ski resort “Bukovel” you can see an unusual architectural structure – the Upside Down House. This is one of the first architectural wonders of modern Ukraine. Every day, hundreds of cars and dozens of tourist buses stop nearby to take photos as a souvenir.

Hutsul master carpenters built the upside-down house in just one and a half months. Initially, they planned to build a small hotel in it, but this idea did not materialize. Now there is a museum in the center and there are curved mirrors. There is an exhibition of 3D paintings and an ostrich farm on the territory. There is a fairly large souvenir market nearby.

YAREMCHE

– One of the most famous resorts of Prykarpattia, located in a picturesque place on the Prut River between two mountains. A developed network of health and sanatorium facilities attracts guests not only from Ukraine, but also from abroad. It is necessary to pay tribute to the residents of the city YAREMCHE and nearby villages that have preserved ancient folk customs and rituals. The road to Hoverla, the highest peak of the Ukrainian Carpathians, runs through the city.

And, of course, the souvenir market… You won’t see such a variety of Hutsul products, souvenirs, blankets and just about anything! Get your wallets ready for now 🙂

Park of legends “Gedzo”

The unique theme park of legends “Gedzo”. Entering here, you immediately enter the fantastic world of elves, hobbits and other magical creatures. There are also photo zones for adults and children.

We invite everyone to a tasting of Carpathian liqueurs or wines and cheeses (UAH 100/person, the tasting takes place with a minimum number of tourists – 10 people.)

› Breakfast. We choose our vacation option among several:

1)Trip to the ski resorts of Bukovel or Dragobrat, skiing, snowboarding.

2)Departure for the optional (790 hryvnias/person) excursion “The magic of the Carpathians + wine”.

» Verkhovyna. We invite everyone to visit the observation tower and see Verkhovyna from a bird’s eye view.

» Kryvorivnia. A tour of the wooden Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos and a tour of the Ethnographic Museum of Antiquities of the Hutsul Region – a unique museum with unique exhibits.

Free time for lunch.

» Verkhovyna. Shopping at the Carpathian market. Visiting the “Sstopora” museum – Well, there was clearly a lack of such a museum in Verkhovyna!, Wine tasting, and after the tasting you can buy wine, cheese, tea, mushrooms.

2)Departure for an optional excursion “Pearls of the Carpathians“. We visit Rakhiv, the Center of Europe, Kvasy (Burkut mineral springs), Trufanets waterfall and the Strukiv church in Yasiny.

Strukivska Church (Church of the Ascension of the Lord)

Our tour guide will tell you an interesting legend about the foundation of the Strukiv church and the town of Yasinya itself, where the church is located. As for the value of this Christian temple, it is undoubtedly the pinnacle of craftsmanship and perfection in Hutsul traditions of wooden construction. The church, by the way, is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Trufanetsky waterfall

The Trufanets mountain stream carries its waters to the Black Tysa from the slopes of the Svydivetsky ridge. And so, in one rocky city, the stream decided to shorten its path and plunged from a 36-meter height down to the river. This is how a waterfall was formed, named in honor of this brave stream – Trufanetsky.

This is an incredibly beautiful sight – cascading streams of water in the midst of pristine Carpathian nature! The Trufanets waterfall – the highest in Transcarpathia, and at the same time the most accessible – is located right next to the highway. Enjoy!

Rakhiv

Did you know that Rakhiv is the highest city in Ukraine? And the height difference in the city itself reaches 500 meters!? And also, the Center of Europe is located in Rakhiv! And also, Zakarpattia Hutsulshchyna, including Rakhivshchyna, is the westernmost region of Ukraine! And also – this is a land of incredible beauty! But the greatest value of Transcarpathian Hutsulshchyna is its people! Today, few people can know their roots like this, and appreciate and know and preserve national traditions like this!

Kvasy

The picturesque mountain village, over which the highest Carpathian peaks, including the two-thousander Petros, seem to be leaning, is known not only for its beauty. There are springs with healing water, there are more than 80 of them here. And local residents call the number 200, they say you need to know the place! Healing mineral waters and clean mountain air are a real treasure of this region. It is not for nothing that in Soviet times, pilot-cosmonauts were rehabilitated in Kvasy after flights into space.
