Kolomyia, the city of Kolomyia and one of the most beautiful cities of Galicia, is famous for its elegant Art Nouveau architecture in the central part. One of the most outstanding museums of Ukraine is waiting for you in this city – the National Museum of Folk Art of Hutsul region and Pokuttia named after Yosaphat Kobrynskyi. This is the first museum of Ukrainian art in Western Ukraine, where valuable and rare works of folk art of the Hutsuls and Pokuts are presented. The museum is located in the center of Kolomyia, in the historic building of the former People’s House, built with the funds of the Ukrainian community.

Bukovel is the most popular ski resort in Ukraine, where you can go skiing or climb to the top of Bukovel Mountain (1115 meters high) using a chairlift. A breathtaking panorama of the Gorgan and Chornohirsky mountain ranges opens from the top.
The werewolf house, the first architectural wonder in Ukraine, is located in the village of Polyanytsia, next to the Bukovel ski resort. In this house, everything could seem ordinary, if it were not for the unusual arrangement of objects, furniture and rooms upside down. The roof of the building is placed below, and the foundation is placed above. Furniture, dishes, flower pots, even the toilet and bathtub are located on the ceiling.
